- Service Description: Our service offers hosting for online photo galleries created by Valentina Vladi Photography. Your photographs will be securely stored in the gallery, where you have the option to download, share, or print your images.
- Payment and Billing: Payment for our hosting service is due in advance and is non-refundable. We offer various billing cycles, and by using our service, you agree to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to unused portions of the service term, dissatisfaction with the service, or account termination.
- Feature Changes: We reserve the right to modify or change any features of the gallery service without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to updates, additions, or removal of functionality.
- Print Services: While our gallery provides a convenient way for you to print your photos through our partnered photo lab, we are not responsible for any changes in prices for print services or the quality of the printed products. The photo lab is solely responsible for printing and shipping your orders.
- Acceptable Use: You agree to use our gallery service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Data Security: We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your data stored in the gallery. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for any breaches of security that may occur.
