Thank you for entering our Engagement Session Giveaway! We'll be announcing the winners of the contest on the 1st of December.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY:

This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entry is contingent on ability to enter electronically on valentinavladiphoto.com. Each winner is subject to proof of eligibility. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The odds of winning will depend on the number of contest entries. One individual will be chosen at random each week and for the grand prize.

Entries for the weekly winners must be submitted by 11:59am EST on Friday of each week the contest is running.

Grand prize entries will be accepted through 11:59pm on October 31, 2014.

SELECTING THE WINNER:

Valentina Vladi Photography will randomly choose 1 winner from entries submitted that week for the weekly prize. Weekly Winners will be notified via email no later than the following Sunday. The grand prize winner will be selected randomly from all entries received on or before November 30, 2022.

The 3rd place sweepstakes prize is estimated at a value of $150.

The 2nd place sweepstakes prize is estimated at a value of $300.

The 1st place prize is estimated at a value of $600.

Valentina Vladi Photography will email a gift certificate code to each winner to the email address submitted on the contest entry form. Only 1 winner for each place will be selected.

HOW TO ENTER:

Participants may enter the sweepstakes by visiting ValentinaVladiPhoto.com via the Internet, and filling out the electronic entry form. Participants must complete all required data requested on the electronic entry form. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. All entries must be submitted by clicking on the "Enter Contest" button found at the bottom of the form. Entries are limited to a total of one (1) per person. We will reject any subsequent entries having a duplicate name, even if the duplicate entry appears to have been processed successfully. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. Valentina Vladi Photography is not responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise illegible. Valentina Vladi Photography is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. All entries shall become the sole property of Valentina Vladi Photography and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Entry into this sweepstakes authorizes Valentina Vladi Photography to add participant information into our marketing database. Valentina Vladi Photography will use this database to create and send emails containing interesting material, news or special offers relating to Valentina Vladi Photography. Valentina Vladi Photography respects your privacy. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These sweepstakes prizes are non-transferable. No cash will be awarded. Contest entries, including the entry text and contestant name, may be featured on websites, social media channels, in print advertising, and catalogs owned and operated by Valentina Vladi Photography. Announcements of winners will be used by Valentina Vladi Photography for promotional purposes, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and our websites. Tax and gratuity is not included in the prize. The value of the prizes may be taxable as income. Upon receipt of the sweepstakes prize, the winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local tax laws and pay all such taxes as becomes due with respect to the sweepstakes prize. The winner will agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valentina Vladi Photography and their employees and agents from and against any liability for such taxes. Winners agree to adhere to laws of sweepstakes as governed by the state of Texas. Any violation of these official rules by the winner will result in the winner's disqualification as winner of the sweepstakes and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated. Valentina Vladi Photography reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including the loss of entries by participants, or any other causes beyond the control of Valentina Vladi Photography, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Valentina Vladi Photography reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Valentina Vladi Photography, which are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this sweepstakes, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this sweepstakes.
